Seiko Watches

Seiko had a humble beginning as a watch and clock repair shop in Tokyo as far back as 1881 by a man called Kintaro Hattori. In 1895 Seiko produced its first pocket watch and from there started Seiko's drive to become one of the worlds most recognised watch brands. Seiko has continuously pioneered and explored the outer edges of the watch making world. Never being accused of resting on their laurels, (coincidentally the name given to its first wristwatch produced in 1913), they have pushed themselves to produce more watchmaking worlds firsts than you would ever imagine.

Just some of there credits include, Worlds first Quartz watch 1969, worlds first Digital display 1973, worlds first Kinetic watch movement 1988, worlds first watch powered by body heat 1998 and in 2012 Seiko created the worlds first GPS solar watch which can recognise all Earth's 39 time zones.

Seiko have a long standing heritage and a passion for quality and progression, they have a reputable and solid name in watch making and a name the public trust from sponsorship of major sporting events to strong brand ambassadors such as Novak Djokovic. Seiko have something very special and are keen to share.
